Brendan has worked in the human capital management space since the early ‘90s. He founded ePay in 2007 with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience while addressing the industry’s slow adoption of new technology. This vision has led ePay to become one of the top payroll and HCM providers.

Brendan is a proud alumnus of the University of Miami.

He is an avid golfer, winning the Massachusetts Amateur Championship in 2001, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Kathy joined ePay in 2014 and quickly established herself as a company leader. She is an expert on government compliance with over 30 years of experience in the payroll, tax, and accounting industry.

Kathy works closely with internal team members on educational and training compliance.

Kathy majored in Accounting at the University of Scranton and holds an MBA from Wilkes University. She is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys boating and traveling with her family.

As ePay’s first employee, Mollie has truly “done it all”. From hanging the first pictures in the office to overseeing ePay’s multi-million dollar daily transactions, Mollie has been a dedicated and loyal employee from the start. With nearly 20 years in the payroll industry, Mollie is always available and works tirelessly to deliver a great customer experience.

Mollie attended Becker College where she earned a business degree focusing on accounting.

She enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sharon joined ePay in 2014, with over 20 years of professional training experience. She immersed herself into understanding our company and clients and quickly established her role within our leadership team.

Sharon has built a strong HCM Implementation team, creating improved efficiencies and smooth transitions for our clients.

Sharon is an active volunteer in her community. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, family, and friends.
